SPARTUS MATER DPP. The high-tech, multi-purpose and specialized MIG welder (TOWER type). It has multiple features such as: synergic MIG/MAG welding, MIG double-pulse welding, braze welding. Additionally it allows to stick electrode welding (MMA) and conducting of electro-gouging process. It is powered from three phase 400V source power. Max welding current is 500A.

Digital control panel equipped with advanced synergic welding programs, allows for optimal selection of welding parameters even for the most demanding metal alloys. Device has built-in welding support programs for such materials as aluminum, steels and stainless steels.

MIG double-pulsed welding almost to zero eliminates problem of weld spatter. The result is high quality weld (quality similar to welded joint made during TIG welding).

Braze welding function is particularly useful in automotive sector. It allows you to connect elements of vehicle body (protected against corrosion) - without excessive damage to original galvanized coating.

Thanks to excellent work of 4-roll wire feeder it is possible to use long MIG guns (regardless of wire type). Using separate wire feeder further enhances range of device. Total range is equal to total lengths of welding gun cable and wire feeder connection kit (available in offer various lengths of wire feeder connection kit). Wire feeder is equipped with handy grip and wheels.

Using a modular liquid cooling system further enhances efficiency of whole kit and work comfort, by better removing heat from welding gun.

SPARTUS MASTER DPP works with impressive 100% duty cycle for max welding current. It is device designed for industrial applications and highly specialized welding.
